Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This giveaway is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry residing in the United States or Canada. You must also have a valid Instagram account to participate. Employees of iQ Power Tools, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of iQ Power Tools as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on July 7th and ending July 14th. All online entries must be received by July 14th at 11:59 PM. How to Enter: The giveaway must be entered by following both @iqpowertools and @madalenatile on Instagram, liking, commenting on, and sharing the specified giveaway post to your Story. Prizes: The Grand Prize winner of the giveaway will receive a 10 Inch IQTS244 Dustless Dry Cutting Saw ($2,000.00 value). The second place winners (TWO) will each receive a 7 inch 228cyclone Saw with a miter attachment ($600.00 Value). The third place winners (FIVE) will each receive one of the 5 blades pictured in the giveaway post. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of iQ Power Tools. Winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram within five (5) days following selection of the Winner. iQ Power Tools shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that iQ Power Tools, anyone acting on behalf of iQ Power Tools, and iQ Power Tools' licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. Terms & Conditions: iQ Power Tools reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond iQ Power Tools' control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and California without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
